The DiscountCityHotels.net website is designed to assist our clients in searching for hotel accommodation availability throughout the world. All hotels are heavily discounted and bookable throughout the year.

All the discounts offered on this website are based on the discounts from the full rate including VAT and are correct at the time the offers are first advertised. However, please note that some hotels in other countries may also charge local or other taxes not included in the offer price.

Prices advertised are on per room per night basis and include VAT. Unless otherwise stated breakfast, lunch and dinner are not included (please check Meal plan on the selected hotel).

Please be aware that the hotel room photos provided in a picture gallery are only a depiction of the type of rooms on offer and may not represent the actual room described.

Hotel star ratings may differ according to the country and are out of control of DiscountCityHotels.net. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for any misconceptions relating to star rating.

All the information provided by clients are their responsibility and should be correct at the time of submission, in particular the e-mail address and the credit or debit card details. DiscountCityHotels.net cannot be held responsible for missing or delayed emails and/or any reservation cancelled/rejected/not guaranteed due to incorrect/invalid details, You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this website in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

All the credit card information provided by clients is their responsibility and should be correct at the time of submission. Credit cards are not initially charged (payment is due at the hotel upon arrival) and the information used to guarantee the reservation at the hotel. We cannot be held responsible for any reservation cancelled/rejected/not guaranteed due to incorrect/invalid details.

Any changes to the details supplied should be forwarded as soon as possible, either by e-mail or by using the "My Account" section online.

Where DiscountCityHotels.net acts as an agent between you and third party supplier, such as hotel or tour operator, we may pass your credit card details and any other content in ways which are consistent with information needed to confirm the reservation (see our Privacy Policy) to that third party. By placing of an order of goods or services through our website you will constitute consent to us passing on such details.

No contract will exist between you and DiscountCityHotels.net or its affiliates for the sale by us to you of any product or service unless and until the onscreen confirmation of your reservation is displayed with a unique confirmation code.

Reservations will be deemed complete and effectively communicated to you for all purposes at the time that we send the confirmation to the email address or fax number you provide in your reservation form or over the phone, whether or not you receive it. Therefore clients are advised to make sure that the e-mail address or fax number is correct. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible if you do not receive your confirmation as you would remain liable for any non-arrivals, amendment or cancellation charges whether or not you receive your confirmation.

DiscountCityHotels.net sells hotel accommodation from an inventory supplied by each hotel, and does not over-sell that inventory and therefore we cannot accept any liability for unavailability of rooms caused by the hotel over-selling their own room inventory.

When availability is restricted and bookings are made on request basis, we will contact you by e-mail either with full confirmation (if the booking is accepted by the hotel) or with an offer is the rooms were sold out. You will usually be contacted within 2 hours during our OFFICE HOURS or within 2 hours from the opening times of the following working day.

All the rates listed on our website are contracted from individual hotels and are represented in their local currency. The provided currency converter is based on international publicly available currency conversion at the time of your booking. The hotel's current rate will be used by the hotel when debiting your card. DiscountCityHotels.net cannot guarantee or warrant that the conversion rate will not be subject to currency fluctuation.

As your agent any amendment or cancellation to your reservation must be made directly with us (by email, fax, phone or using the "My Account" section online), as we cannot be held responsible for any changes, cancellations or requests made directly with the hotel. Failure to do so will result in invalidation of any responsibility on our behalf as your agent. Any such invalid amendment or cancellation would not be made and you would still be liable for any cancellation charge that applies.

We are unable to stop you from making 2 reservations for the same time of travel at the same or different properties, and in that case no refund will be given.

Any and all requests or comments made in the "Additional Info" section of the booking form are on a request basis only and cannot be guaranteed.

We require clients to double check all confirmations. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all details are correct and the confirmation is consistent with the client requirements.

You may cancel your reservation subject to an administration charge of £10 (GBP) per room cancelled, before 12 Midday (UK time) 3 days (72 hours) prior to your confirmed arrival date, unless otherwise stated on your confirmation. The charge of £10.00 will be shown on your credit card statement as "Discount City Hotels"

All cancellations must be made directly with Discount City Hotels (any cancellation made directly with the hotel will not be considered valid). Cancellations can be requested online, via fax, phone or email. Please note that you cannot cancel online if attempting to do so after the cancellation policy expires, all late cancellations must be submitted via fax, phone or email.

As cancellations can be made with Discount City Hotels via several means (online, by phone, fax or email), any request to cancel a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends.

In case of late cancellation, therefore after 12 Midday (UK time) 3 days (72 hours) prior to your confirmed arrival date (unless otherwise stated on your confirmation), Discount City Hotels reserve the right to charge for 1 night per room cancelled and in some cases e.g.. minimum stay, for the full amount. This information will be stated and detailed on your confirmation email.

When a reservation is made within the cancellation policy, therefore after 12 Midday (UK time) 3 days (72 hours) prior to your arrival, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.

Child policy may vary between hotels, however the standard policy allows children up to 2 years to stay free in their parents room using existing bedding or a baby cot. For older children the age requirement policy will depend on hotel policy, stated in the hotel's info section. Please make sure you contact Discount City Hotels with details of any child travelling with you at the time of booking, regardless of the age of the child. Please note that as with all requests made, availability and placement of any child travelling is not guaranteed. Please also note that a supplement may apply.

Many hotels will allow extra persons to share the rooms, usually the price is fixed and can be found in the info page of the chosen hotel. Please make sure you contact Discount City Hotels with details of any extra person travelling with you at the time of booking. Please note that as with all requests made, availability and placement of any extra person is not guaranteed. Please also note that a supplement may apply.

DiscountCityHotels.net and its affiliates make no warranty or representation about any information, fitness or suitability of any goods and services offered (to us as an agent) by a third party, nor be responsible for any aspects of the relationship between you and a third party/accommodation establishment.

All booking are made direct with the accommodation establishment and customer care and satisfaction remain the responsibility of the accommodation establishment.

DiscountCityHotels.net makes no representation and in no event shall be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss of any kind, the availability, quality and performance arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website, with the delay or inability to use this website or for any products, reservations or services purchased or contracted for through DiscountCityHotels.net or its affiliates.

DiscountCityHotels.net cannot accept liability for any information, errors or omissions supplied by a third party and reserves the right to change such information, products or services at any time. Upon being notified about any errors we will do our best to rectify them as soon as possible.

DiscountCityHotels.net cannot warrant that the site is free from infection by viruses, contamination or any destructive elements.

DiscountCityHotels.net cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or claims arising from interruption, inability to access the site, loss or incompletion of transaction.
